How do I use LinkHelp on 2 separate LinkedIn IDs?

1 LinkHelp licence serves 1 LinkedIn IDs, so you need to have 2 LinkHelp licenses for 2 separate LinkedIn IDs.

What are some of the actions that I should avoid while using LinkHelp?

Choose custom limits (from settings). Use a delay of 20-30 secs. Also, follow the instructions of LinkHelp popups to avoid over doing LinkHelp automation.

When using the Audience Creation feature in LinkHelp, if I have an audience that has 10,000+ people in it do I still have to use the Delay feature?

Adding 10k people = 10k actions. LinkHelp is designed to replicate human behaviour on LinkedIn. Adding 10k+ audience without any delay will not only make LinkedIn suspicious of the bot activity but may also get your account ban. So please use default delay settings to avoid restrictive actions by LinkedIn. Note - LinkHelp performs 999 actions at a time and stops automatically after it to avoid any potential issues.

Can I transfer my LinkHelp license from one account to another?

You can transfer you LinkHelp license to a different account with a fee of $49.

How can I use LinkHelp to send a message to everyone on LinkedIn that I have a first degree connection with?

Create an audience with all the desired connections. Use "Message targeted Users" feature to target the created audience.

How many emails/messages a day does LinkHelp send if I have a LinkedIn Premium account? How about a basic account?

Our recommended limits is 250 actions per day for an experience LinkedIn user. 250 actions here means the combination of all the automation activities such as Add connections, sending messages, etc. For new users, 100 actions per day can be a good beginning and then increase it by 10 actions/per day. With this tool you can only send automated messages to your connections and not to the people who are not your connections(through Inmail).
